A brand new boutique hotel in Midtown is looking to hire some fine folks. Very sheeshy digs indeed. One property with two very distinct concepts, both unique and very exciting.

First phase will require a handful of bartenders who are well versed in the craft and technique of the cocktail, as well as in wines and spirits. Candidates must be passionate about hospitality first and foremost and must be able to tend a busy bar. A head bartender is also being sought, who can oversee day to day operations behind the bar (read head juicing be-atch) and, ultimately, take ownership of the cocktail menu.
Consideration will be given to those who might not have as much experience working in a cocktail-driven bar, so long as there is a burning desire and willingness to learn and grow.

Mercadito’s Mid-Town Miami is looking to hire some muy talentoso bartenders for a mid January opening.  The location is in Midtown in the 30’s (3252 First Avenue) and will continue the authentic, seasonal Mexican cuisine and fantastic drinks they are already known for in New York and Chicago. Candidates must be passionate about hospitality first and foremost and must be able to tend a busy bar.
